Enter your code on the keypad and hit reset. If the monitoring station calls, make sure to let them know that don't need to send the authorities. If you get another false alarm, reach out by calling (800) 205-4683 and a technician will schedule and appointment with you.
What do I do if I get a low battery warning?
Schedule and appointment with a technician by calling (800) 205-4683 and we will come out shortly to replace your batteries.
What do I do if I get a motion sensor error?
Make sure all of your sensors are clean. If they have dirt or smudges on them, that could be causing the issue.
How can I add to, or upgrade, my system?
Let us know what kind of upgrades you would like, and one of our trained technicians will be happy to go over options and logistics with you.
How can I change the call order or numbers called in case of an alarm?
This has to be done by a technician. Let us know the the order of phone numbers you would like, and we'll take care of it from there.
How can I add or delete a code for my keypad?
This has to be done by a technician. Make an appointment with a technician and one of them will come by to take care of that for you.
